Please wait for this notification before coming to pick up your order.4.2 Home delivery - Free (for orders over €50)We offer free home delivery for all orders with a total value of €50 or more. This free shipping option is valid for all delivery addresses within Belgium (Flanders, Brussels Capital Region and Wallonia). We do the delivery ourselves.4.3 Home delivery Belgium (for orders under €50) - €10 For orders with a total value of less than €50, a flat rate of €10 will be charged. This delivery option is valid for all delivery addresses throughout Belgium (Flanders, Brussels Capital Region and Wallonia). Delivery schedule: All deliveries under €50 are made personally. We deliver exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays. In order to ensure efficiency and maintain reasonable prices, we package our delivery routes. Delivery confirmation and remote orders: After confirming your order and planning the routes, you will receive an estimated delivery date and a specific time by email or telephone. Please note that for destinations further away from Blankenberge (e.g. remote parts of Brussels, Wallonia or Flanders), the delivery time may be longer due to group route planning. For orders below 50 euros, we may contact you personally to discuss the most efficient delivery arrangement or confirm the expected delivery time, ensuring the best possible service. Our aim is to keep you informed every step of the way. 5. Right of withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht) - Returns and refundsRight of withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last goods. How to exercise your right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). Our contact details can be found in Section 1. Return of goods: You must return the goods without undue delay, but no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Condition of the goods: The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
